The logos, copyrights, trade names, images and databases are the property of GDM. The GDM Avocats trademark and logo on the Website have been registered with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP).

Therefore, under the terms of these Terms of Use, the rights to (i) reproduce, represent, adapt and/or translate all or part of the Website and/or its content, (ii) extract all or part of the Website and its content, or create any derivative work from all or part of the Website and/or its content are excluded, without limitation.
