GDM Avocats is an independent law firm founded in 2020 by Marianne GOEBEL, Nicola DI GIOVANNI and Sandra MAROTEL, three lawyers qualified as Avocats à la Cour in Luxembourg and having many years of professional experience. After practising the profession for many years in another law firm in Luxembourg, they decided to pool their experience in various areas of law, so as to consolidate and develop their expertise in the new law firm GOEBEL DI GIOVANNI MAROTEL, in abbreviated form GDM Avocats.

GDM aims to be a boutique law firm where prime importance is placed on the professional as well as human approach to the clients. We provide close support to our clients, putting a premium on responsiveness, competence and the ability to understand the clients’ expectations. We adopt a tailored approach and are prepared to face demanding challenges.

Our professional efficiency is addressed to the solution of the multiple issues that our Luxembourg and foreign clients submit to us every day. We aim at strenghtening the human dimension of the legal profession in litigation proceedings as well as in playing the role of advisors.

Our staff assists the clients in Luxembourgish, French, English, German and Italian. While maintaining its nature as an independent law firm, GDM collaborates with major international law firms in Europe, the United States and other countries.
